Job summary

NRI North America is seeking a Senior Technical Solution Architect to work directly with customers, supporting account executives in pre‑sales engagements. You will recommend business and technical solutions, write statements of work, and shape how we engage clients across projects and technologies.

You will lead discovery and design sessions, create architectural designs and BOMs, and partner with sales teams to drive technical discovery for enterprise clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 7–9 years in solution architecture, pre‑sales engineering, or technical consulting.
• Strong written/verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to train and disseminate information to others.
• Proven ability to design and present complex technical solutions to enterprise customers.
• Clear interpersonal skills and teamwork across management levels.
• Experience with Cisco CCNP/CCIE is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Create architectural designs and infrastructure analyses.
• Lead onsite or virtual workshops.
• Own discovery, design sessions, documentation, BOMs, estimates and SOWs.
• Partner with account executives for technical discovery and architecture discussions.
• Develop tailored solution architectures aligned with business requirements and best practices.
• Conduct product demonstrations, whiteboard sessions and PoCs.
• Respond to RFPs/RFIs with detailed solution content.
• Mentor junior solution architects and share knowledge.
