Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing technical role, such as Solutions Engineering, Customer Engineering, or Sales Engineering.
• Ability to articulate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with DNS, CDN, Zero Trust, Network Security, WAF is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Technical Validation: Partner with Account Executives to lead technical deep-dive discovery, capture business requirements, and map complex customer infrastructure to fit-for-purpose architectures.
• Customer Adoption & Value Realization: Oversee technical onboarding and implementation as the primary engineering contact; design onboarding blueprints.
• Commercial Accountability & Expansion: Maintain quota tied to new business and expansion; lead Quarterly Business Reviews translating capabilities into ROI.
• Trusted Advisory: Be a trusted technical advisor throughout the customer lifecycle, guiding architecture, AI control layers, security posture.
• AI Orchestration & Workflow Automation: Use AI agents and LLMs to automate routine tasks and improve efficiency.
