Job summary
Elastic is seeking a Sr Customer Architect to act as a trusted technical advisor, shaping Technical Success Plans and guiding customers through deployment and adoption of Elastic solutions. You will work with cross-functional teams to maximize value and ensure satisfaction, while identifying expansion opportunities that grow ARR.
The role requires strong communication, deep technical expertise with Elastic stack, and the ability to lead complex customer journeys from onboarding to proactive
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
- Validated experience in Solutions Architect, Technical Consultant, or Pre-sales Engineer with hands-on Elastic solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; strong client-facing capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Be trusted technical advisor to customers, guiding adoption and value realization.
- Define and communicate Technical Success Plans aligned to customer goals.
- Collaborate with Account Executives and Solutions Architects for ongoing technical coverage.
- Lead technical journeys from onboarding to adoption, driving solution consumption.
- Translate customer needs into Elastic solutions and deployment plans.
- Identify expansion opportunities to grow ARR and renewals.
