You will sell building automation solutions by understanding customer challenges and connecting them to the right platform, collaborating with engineering, operations and service teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years in HVAC/BAS Controls industry.
• 2+ years of sales experience in HVAC/BAS Controls.
• Valid and current Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Build partnerships with building owners, mechanical contractors, and consulting engineers.
• Manage an assigned account portfolio, identifying high-potential prospects and supporting regional growth.
• Represent the company at trade shows and industry events to increase visibility.
• Deep-dive into client needs to uncover building and system inefficiencies.
• Influence specifications and system design decisions early in projects.
• Lead bid opportunities, prepare responses, and negotiate to secure new business.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations and Service teams for feasibility and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee smooth handoffs from sale to execution for consistent customer experience.
• Drive sales momentum through disciplined follow-up and proactive communication.
