Carrier Global Corporation is seeking a results-focused Sales Executive to close HVAC/BAS solutions in a collaborative, team-based environment. You will own your account portfolio while receiving strong support across engineering, operations, and service to win strategic opportunities.

You will build relationships with building owners, contractors and engineers, identify high-potential prospects, and lead bids from discovery to negotiations, ensuring customer satisfaction and successful handoffs

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED is required.
5+ years of experience in the HVAC/BAS industry.
2+ years of sales experience in the HVAC/BAS industry.
Valid and current Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

Build Partnerships with building owners, mechanical contractors, and consulting engineers.
Strategic Growth: Manage an assigned account portfolio, identifying high-potential prospects and supporting regional growth.
Brand Ambassadorship: Represent the company at trade shows and industry events to increase visibility.
Identify Challenges: Deep-dive into client needs to uncover building and system inefficiencies.
Influence Design: Influence specifications and system design decisions early in projects.
Lead the Bid Process: Identify bid opportunities, prepare responses, and lead negotiations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Engineering, Operations, and Service teams to ensure feasibility and satisfaction.
Seamless Handoffs: Ensure smooth transition from sale to execution.
Maintain Momentum: Drive the sales cycle forward with follow-ups.
