Elastic, a leading Search AI company, seeks a Solutions Architect to act as a technical authority for sales, customers, partners and the community in the United States. You will understand customer goals with the Elastic Stack and articulate how our offerings meet those needs, while enabling sales through partners.

You will deepen product expertise, craft value-based relationships, and travel up to 30% within the region (and occasionally internationally) as you drive both sales and technical

Qualifications

• Proven track record in technical presales selling and implementing technology.
• Ability to articulate benefits of modern platforms and architectures.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn and challenge status quo.
• Strong history of customer relationships and value-driven architectures.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical point of contact for accounts and managers in your territory.
• Understand customer goals and articulate how Elastic offerings address them.
• Build value-based relationships at all levels of customer organizations.
• Participate in planning and execution from discovery to technical win.
• Demonstrate Elastic product value in sales meetings and events.
• Advise sales on positioning Elastic products and services.
• Onboard and enable partners, supporting them in sales cycles.
• Create collateral and collaborate with teams to meet client needs.
• Voice customer needs to engineering and leadership teams.
• Grow both sales and technical skills through ongoing learning.
