Job summary

Elastic, the Search AI Company, is seeking a Solutions Architect to act as a technical authority for our sales teams and customers. You will translate complex business issues into Elastic Stack solutions, collaborate with partners, and drive technical wins through compelling demonstrations and tailored architectures.

You will need a proven track record in technical presales in the enterprise sector, strong ability to articulate platform benefits, and a passion for continuous learning.

Qualifications

• A track record of success in a technical presales role within the Enterprise Sector.
• Ability to articulate and sell the benefits of modern platforms, software and technologies.
• Curious, continuous learner who invests in themselves and their relationships.
• History of successful customer relations and architectural outcomes.
• Ability to influence and persuade teams on ideas or patterns.
• Willingness to travel 30% regionally and occasionally internationally.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical point of contact for accounts and managers in the territory.
• Understand customer goals and articulate how Elastic offerings address their needs.
• Develop value-based relationships at multiple levels in customer orgs.
• Participate in planning and execution from discovery to technical win.
• Demonstrate Elastic Stack value in sales meetings and events.
• Advise sales on positioning Elastic products, solutions, and services.
• Onboard and enable partners, supporting them in sales cycles.
• Create collateral and collaborate with colleagues to meet client needs.
• Voices of the customer to inform engineering and leadership teams.
• Grow both sales and technical skills through self-guided learning.
