Job summary
Elastic, the Search AI Company, is seeking a Solutions Architect to act as a technical authority for our sales team, customers, and partners. You will translate complex business needs into Elastic Stack solutions and help drive regional growth through engagement at events and in programs.
As a successful SA, you will own account strategies, build value-based relationships, and lead technical conversations from discovery to win.
Qualifications
- Experience in a technical presales role within enterprise sales.
- Ability to articulate benefits of modern platforms and architectures.
- Curious, continuous learner, and proactive problem-solver.
- Proven ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
Responsibilities
- Serve as technical point of contact for accounts and managers.
- Understand customer goals and map Elastic offerings to objectives.
- Build and maintain value-based relationships across organizations.
- Lead planning and execution in Territory from discovery to win.
- Demonstrate Elastic products in sales meetings and events.
- Advise sales on positioning Elastic solutions.
- Onboard and enable partners; support them in cycles.
- Create collateral and collaborate with teams to meet client needs.
- Be the voice of the customer to engineering and leadership.
- Develop sales and technical skills through continuous learning.
