Job summary

Elastic, the Search AI Company, is seeking a Solutions Architect to serve as a technical authority for the sales team, customers, and partners. You will understand customer business issues using the Elastic Stack and enable sales through Partners, driving continuous learning and improvement across the team.

A successful SA will translate customer needs into effective architectures, demonstrate Elastic value in meetings and events, and travel regionally up to 30% with occasional international

Qualifications

• Technical presales experience selling and implementing technology to earn customer trust.
• Ability to articulate and sell benefits of modern platforms and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Serving as the technical point of contact for accounts and managers in the territory.
• Developing deep understanding of customer goals and how Elastic offerings address them.
• Crafting and owning value-based relationships at all levels in organizations.
• Participating in planning and execution from discovery to technical win.
• Maintaining understanding of Elastic products to demonstrate value in meetings and events.
• Advising the sales team on positioning Elastic products and services.
• Onboarding and enabling partners, supporting them in sales cycles.
• Crafting collateral, contributing to programs and collaborating with colleagues to meet client needs.
• Being the voice of the customer to communicate needs to engineering and leadership.
• Deepening sales and technical skills through self-driven education and development opportunities.
