Job summary

Staffbase in the United States seeks a Senior Solutions Architect to lead technical solutioning for complex deals, ensuring seamless integration with client systems and showcasing AI-enabled capabilities. You will translate requirements into practical architectures and hand off to the Build team for production deployment.

You will work with Solutions Engineers, Account Executives, and cross‑functional teams across Europe, applying your deep cloud and integration knowledge while communicating

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in a customer-facing technical role such as solutions architecture or technical consulting in SaaS/enterprise software.
• Proven track record in supporting complex enterprise deals from requirements validation to handover.
• Strong developer background with ability to build prototypes in JS/TS and HTML/CSS.
• Deep knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth/SAML/SSO/SCIM, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Fluent German and English; able to engage CIOs and architects in both languages.
• Experience with enterprise systems like Microsoft 365, SharePoint, SAP, Workday, Jira, Entra ID/Active Directory.
• Experience with AI agent architectures (MCP, A2A) and low-code/no-code contexts.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical solutioning in Europe during complex deals and support sales teams.
• Validate integration and customization requirements from widgets to APIs and SSO setups.
• Translate customer needs into architecture and scoped efforts with risks and dependencies.
• Build proofs of concept and demo mock-ups to show customized Staffbase experiences.
• Collaborate with Solutions Engineers, Account Executives and the Build team.
• Advise on RFPs and security/architecture questionnaires for complex deals.
• Create reusable assets and reference architectures to accelerate delivery.
• Share patterns with colleagues across regions and prioritize improvements for deals.
