Job summary

3Search is seeking a technically minded Solutions Architect for a US remote role, delivering complex enterprise SaaS implementations and integrations with automation and AI-driven workflows.

You will lead architecture discussions, build scalable patterns, and collaborate with customers and engineering to ensure successful deployments.

Qualifications

• Experience as Solutions Architect or similar in SaaS.
• Track record delivering complex integration-heavy enterprise deployments.
• Familiar with SSO, SAML, SCIM and enterprise integrations.
• Experience with AI prompting, AI agents, or agentic workflows.

Hiring: Solutions Architect | US Remote | SaaS

I’m working with a fast-growing enterprise SaaS company looking for a technically strong Solutions Architect to help design and deliver complex enterprise implementations.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of solution architecture, software integrations, automation, and AI.

What you’ll be doing:

• Architecting complex enterprise SaaS implementations, translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions.


• Building and configuring workflows, automation solutions, and AI-powered agentic workflows.


• Connecting enterprise systems across CRM, HRIS, document management, e-signature, and identity platforms.


• Partnering with customers, implementation teams, and engineering to deliver technically sophisticated solutions.


• Developing reusable architecture patterns and best practices to improve implementation quality and scalability.

What I’m looking for:

• Experience as a Solutions Architect, Solutions Engineer, Technical Consultant, or similar technical role within SaaS.


• A track record of delivering complex, integration-heavy enterprise software implementations.


• Familiarity with SSO, SAML, SCIM, and enterprise systems integrations.


• Experience with AI prompting, AI agents, or agentic workflows.


• Someone who can confidently lead technical discussions while still getting hands-on with the build.

Experience in an early-stage SaaS company is a plus.
