Job summary

Cloud Software Group is seeking a senior Solutions Architect to own the technical strategy and win for strategic Net New opportunities across the Americas and International markets. You will partner with Account Executives and Sales leadership to craft technical strategies aligned to customer requirements and commercial objectives.

You will lead comprehensive technical discovery across customer objectives, data landscape, architecture, security, integrations, and outcomes; translate requirements

Qualifications

• 12+ years of enterprise technology experience in solutions architecture, enterprise architecture, sales engineering, pre-sales consulting, or a comparable senior customer-facing technical role.
• Experience leading complex global enterprise B2B SaaS sales cycles and net-new customer acquisition.
• Strong understanding of modern SaaS, cloud and hybrid architectures, including enterprise integrations, APIs, identity and access management, security, data architectures, and enterprise ecosystems.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required to support strategic customer opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical strategy and technical win for strategic and complex Net New opportunities across the Americas and International markets.
• Lead architecture workshops, solution-design sessions, technical deep dives, and executive-level technical discussions with prospective customers.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and enablement to Solutions Specialists and other customer-facing technical resources.
• Capture field intelligence on customer requirements, competitive technologies, and market developments.
• Ensure structured technical handoffs to post-sales teams following contract execution.
