Elastic, the Search AI Company, is looking for a Solutions Architect to act as a technical authority for our sales teams, customers, partners, and community across the Mountain View region. You will understand customer challenges and map them to Elastic Stack solutions, guiding engagements from discovery to a successful technical win.

Qualifications

• Experience in a technical presales role and selling/implementing technology to earn customer trust.
• Ability to articulate benefits of modern platforms and technologies to customers.
• Proactive learner who challenges the status quo and seeks continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical point of contact for accounts and account managers.
• Understand customer goals and articulate how Elastic offerings address needs.
• Maintain deep knowledge of Elastic products and demonstrate value in meetings and events.
• Advise sales on effective positioning of Elastic products and services.
• Onboard, educate, and enable partners to support sales cycles.
• Communicate customer needs to engineering and leadership teams.
