Job summary

Cloud Software Group seeks a senior Solutions Architect to own the technical strategy and win for strategic Net New opportunities across the Americas and International markets. You will partner with Account Executives and Sales leadership to develop technical opportunity strategies aligned to customer requirements and commercial objectives.

Lead comprehensive technical discovery across objectives, governance, data landscape, architecture, security, integrations, and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of enterprise technology experience in senior technical roles.
• Proven experience leading complex global B2B SaaS sales cycles and Net New acquisitions.
• Strong SaaS, cloud and hybrid architectures with integrations, APIs, IAM, security, data architectures.
• Experience with Azure, Microsoft 365, and enterprise data environments desirable.
• Understanding of governance, archiving, eDiscovery, data protection and investigations.
• Knowledge of compliance, FinTech/RegTech and regulated industries; engage stakeholders.
• Ability to communicate architectures in business terms and anticipate risks.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical strategy and technical win for strategic Net New opportunities.
• Partner with Account Executives and Sales leadership to align technical strategies with customer requirements.
• Lead technical discovery across objectives, data, architecture, security, integrations, and outcomes.
• Translate requirements into end-to-end Arctera solution architectures spanning products and data sources.
• Lead architecture workshops, design sessions, deep dives and executive tech discussions.
• Identify risks early and develop mitigation strategies.
• Provide technical leadership and enablement to Solutions Specialists and others.
• Capture field intelligence on customer requirements, AI trends, and market developments.
