Job summary

Cloud Software Group is seeking a senior Solutions Architect to own the technical strategy for strategic deals across the Americas and international markets. You will partner with Account Executives to map customer requirements to end-to-end Arctera-like architectures, lead workshops, and guide POCs, ensuring competitive differentiation and successful technical evaluations.

Qualifications

12+ years in enterprise technology with senior customer-facing roles.
Experience leading global B2B SaaS sales cycles and net new acquisition.
Ability to architect multi-product enterprise solutions.
Knowledge of modern SaaS, cloud, integrations, security, data architectures.
Experience with Azure and enterprise data environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

Own technical strategy and win for complex opportunities across Americas and international markets.
Lead architecture workshops, technical deep dives, and executive discussions.
Translate customer requirements into end-to-end Arctera solution architectures.
Define POC strategies, trials, and demonstrations with cross-functional teams.
Mitigate risks and differentiate Arctera technically in competitive deals.
