Cloud Software Group seeks a senior Solutions Architect to own the technical strategy and win for strategic Net New opportunities across the Americas and international markets. You will collaborate with Account Executives to shape technical strategies aligned with customer requirements and commercial goals.

Formación

• 12+ years of enterprise technology experience in senior customer-facing roles.
• Experience leading complex global enterprise B2B SaaS sales cycles.
• Ability to architect multi-product enterprise solutions.
• Strong understanding of SaaS, cloud and hybrid architectures.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365.
• Knowledge of governance, archiving, eDiscovery, data protection, investigations.
• Executive discovery and translating requirements into scalable architectures.
• Extensive experience leading POCs, trials, architecture workshops, and competitive engagements.
• Strong competitive selling and differentiation strategies.
• Ability to communicate business outcomes and customer value.

Responsabilidades

• Own the technical strategy and technical win for strategic and complex Net New opportunities across the Americas and International markets.
• Partner with Account Executives and Sales leadership to develop technical opportunity strategies aligned to customer requirements and commercial objectives.
• Lead comprehensive technical discovery across customer objectives, regulatory requirements, data landscape, architecture, security, integrations, existing technologies, and outcomes.
• Translate complex customer requirements into end-to-end Arctera solution architectures spanning products, capabilities, data sources, and integrations.
• Position Arctera’s platform capabilities and demonstrate how multiple solutions address business, governance, and data challenges.
• Lead architecture workshops, solution-design sessions, technical deep dives, and executive-level technical discussions.
• Establish technical win criteria and define the strategy to achieve them.
• Own strategy for POCs, trials, demonstrations, and technical evaluations; coordinate with Solutions Specialists.
• Direct and orchestrate Solutions Specialists based on product/domain requirements.
• Serve as senior technical resource for competitive opportunities and develop differentiation strategies.
• Identify risks early and develop mitigation strategies.
• Lead technical responses for RFPs/RFIs and complex evaluations.
• Engage with senior stakeholders across Technology, Architecture, Security, Compliance, Legal, Risk, Data, and business functions.
• Support partner-led Net New opportunities by helping partners architect and position Arctera solutions.
• Work with Product Management/Engineering to address strategic product questions and capability gaps.
• Capture and communicate field intelligence on requirements, competitive technologies, AI trends, and market developments.
• Develop global reference architectures, solution patterns, playbooks, and POC frameworks.
