Job summary

Trane Technologies, a world leader in climate solutions, is seeking a Senior Services Account Manager in Valley View, OH. You will develop long-term relationships with building owners and expand service offerings to improve energy efficiency and comfort.

You’ll lead strategic account conversations, build business cases, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver total solutions and sustainable outcomes for customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of solution sales experience with a track record of achieving targets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) required; practical experience considered.
• Ability to engage multiple stakeholders and drive new business.
• Willingness to travel locally and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Strong financial and business acumen; ability to build business cases.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer conversations with business-level insights to create demand.
• Develop project business cases, financial proformas and validate outcomes.
• Perform facility walkthroughs and review construction plans as needed.
• Manage conflicts and negotiate solutions while preserving relationships.
• Identify opportunities and pursue new business to grow accounts.
