• Convert leads into opportunities by assigning the appropriate sales process and team.
• Create an account-specific business plan to enable a strong, profitable partnership.
• Assist customers with technical questions on HVAC systems, Trane products & controls.
• Deliver digital solutions and connected service agreements to improve building performance.
