Role focuses on digital solutions, connected services, and delivering measurable building performance improvements. Requires 4+ years experience or a BS degree, with a valid in-state driver license and 2+ years in solution sales.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of demonstrated experience or a Bachelor of Science degree.
• 2+ years of solution sales experience.
• Candidates without a 4-year degree are encouraged to apply; we prioritize practical experience, relevant skills.
• DL NUMBER - Driver License, in-state with no major violations in the previous 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Provide knowledge and consultation in HVAC controls solutions for customer problems, including financial and performance considerations.
• Identify customer needs and current market opportunities; assemble acquisition team as needed for customers and projects.
• Convert leads into opportunities by assigning the appropriate sales process and coordinating the sales team.
• Develop and execute an account-specific business plan to foster a long-term partnership.
• Assist customers in answering technical questions on HVAC systems, Trane products, and system applications.
• Deliver digital solutions and connected service agreements to improve building performance, visibility, and long-term value.
• Plan your day and visit customers.
