Job summary

Insight is a Fortune 500 Solutions Integrator empowering organizations through cloud, data, AI, cybersecurity, and intelligent edge. We seek a Sr Solutions Representative to quarterback the sales cycle and ensure a seamless discovery-to-delivery experience for strategic accounts.

You will own end-to-end engagement, coordination, and client success while collaborating with cross-functional teams to exceed objectives and drive growth across diverse industries.

Qualifications

4+ years of relevant experience in strategic account management, sales support, or a high-touch customer-facing role.
Foundational knowledge of technology landscape (Cloud, Networking, Security, and AI).

Responsibilities

Act as the heartbeat of the account team, coordinating resources to ensure a seamless sales cycle from discovery to delivery.
Take ownership of account-specific goals and foster direct client engagement.
Oversee end-to-end transactions from quotes to payment to delivery with data integrity and consistent high-touch experience.
Partner with sales and services teams to drive cross-functional collaboration.
Demonstrate ambition by seeking growth opportunities and upskilling within Insight.
