Job summary

Intact Technology, Inc. is seeking a Senior Solution Consultant to lead technical solutioning for strategic pursuits. This remote role collaborates with Account Executives to craft compelling ServiceNow solutions, guiding customers through complex buying decisions and maturing Intact's pre-sales practice.

The candidate will develop repeatable approaches, support business development, and maintain expert knowledge of ServiceNow and federal modernization priorities, traveling as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business/IT/CS/Engineering.
• 7+ years in enterprise software, consulting, solution architecture, or pre-sales.
• Proven ability to lead technical solution strategy and complex deals.
• Strong ServiceNow knowledge and executive relationship skills.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical solution strategy for strategic pursuits.
• Collaborate with Account Executives throughout the sales cycle.
• Advise customers and partners on ServiceNow capabilities.
