Job summary

Insight is seeking a Sr Solutions Representative to quarterback the account team and manage the end-to-end sales cycle from discovery to delivery. This remote-friendly role supports customers globally, with flexibility to work remotely and occasional travel as needed.

The ideal candidate brings 4+ years in strategic account management or high-touch customer-facing roles, plus foundational knowledge of cloud, networking, security, and AI. A Bachelor's degree in Business or Technology is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Quarterback to the Account Team: coordinate internal and external resources to ensure a seamless sales cycle from discovery-to-delivery.
• Proactive Engagement: own account-specific goals and foster direct client engagement.
• Manage End-to-end Success: oversee quotes, payment, and delivery with data integrity and high-touch client experience.
• Cross-Functional Synergy: partner with SAE and CEPs, MDEs, SSEs, FA and BDMs.
• Be AmbITious: opportunities for upskilling and promotions.
