Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in solution consulting, pre‑sales, enterprise sales support, or a related customer‑facing role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred; MBA or similar is highly desirable.
• Experience using AI tools (Copilot) to improve analysis, productivity, and outcomes.
• Exposure to workforce planning, talent strategy, learning, or organizational transformation is a strong plus.
• Capability to partner with sales teams and influence decisions in complex enterprise environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with executive-level PowerPoint presentation skills.
• Analytical mindset linking customer needs to scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic customer discovery (conversations/workshops) to understand objectives, challenges, stakeholders, and success criteria.
• Develop and present tailored solution proposals that articulate value, outcomes, and differentiation.
• Collaborate with sales, product, delivery, legal, finance and customer success to ensure adoption readiness.
• Stay current on enterprise AI, workforce strategy, digital transformation, and consulting best practices.
• Occasional travel to support customer engagements and internal collaboration.
