Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Experience using AI tools (Copilot) to improve analysis and outcomes.
• Experience with workforce planning, talent strategy, or organizational transformation is a plus.
• Proven ability to partner with sales and influence enterprise buying decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with executive presentation skills.
• Analytical mindset connecting needs to scalable solutions.
• Solid understanding of enterprise tech landscapes and solution architectures.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic customer discovery to understand objectives, challenges, stakeholders, and success criteria.
• Develop and present tailored proposals articulating value and differentiation to support revenue goals.
• Collaborate with sales, product, delivery, legal, finance, and customer success for readiness and adoption.
• Stay current on AI, workforce strategy, digital transformation, and solution consulting best practices.
• This role includes occasional travel to support engagements and internal collaboration.
