The role requires strong consultative skills, AI fluency, executive presence, and the ability to navigate large organizations. You will lead discovery, develop tailored proposals, and collaborate across sales, product, delivery, legal, and finance teams, with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in solution consulting, pre-sales, or related customer-facing roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field; MBA or postgraduate qualification desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to improve analysis, productivity, and outcomes.
• Experience with workforce planning, talent strategy, or organizational transformation is a strong advantage.
• Ability to partner with sales teams and influence outcomes in complex enterprise buying environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic customer discovery through conversations and workshops to understand objectives, challenges, and success criteria.
• Develop and present tailored solution proposals articulating value, outcomes, and differentiation.
• Collaborate with sales, product, delivery, legal, finance, and customer success for readiness and adoption.
• Stay current on enterprise AI, digital transformation, and solution consulting best practices.
