This position entails collaborating with cross‑functional teams and may require occasional travel to support customer engagements and internal collaboration.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in solution consulting, pre‑sales, or related customer‑facing role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field; MBA desirable.
• Experience using AI tools (Copilot) to improve analysis and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic customer discovery to understand objectives, challenges, stakeholders, and success criteria.
• Develop and present tailored solution proposals articulating value, outcomes and differentiation to support revenue goals.
• Collaborate with sales, product, delivery, legal, finance, and customer success to ensure readiness and adoption.
• Stay current on enterprise AI, workforce strategy, digital transformation, and consulting best practices.
• Occasional travel to support customer engagements and internal collaboration.
