Job summary

Pearson is seeking an Advanced Specialist, Solutioning to shape and position high-impact solutions for enterprise customers, translating complex business challenges into clear solution narratives and proposals aligned to customer strategy.

This role requires strong consultative skills, AI fluency, executive presence, and the ability to navigate complex enterprise environments. Occasional travel is required to support engagements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in solution consulting, pre-sales, enterprise sales support, or related customer-facing role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field; MBA or postgraduate qualification highly desirable.
• Experience using AI tools (Copilot) to improve analysis, productivity, and outcomes.
• Exposure to workforce planning, talent strategy, learning, or organizational transformation is a strong advantage.
• Ability to partner with sales teams and influence outcomes in complex enterprise buying environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic customer discovery to understand objectives, challenges, stakeholders, and success criteria.
• Develop and present tailored solution proposals articulating value, outcomes, and differentiation.
• Collaborate with sales, product, delivery, legal, finance, and customer success to ensure readiness and adoption.
• Stay current on enterprise AI trends, workforce strategy, digital transformation, and solution consulting best practices.
• Occasional travel to support customer engagements and internal collaboration.
