Ladders is seeking a Principal Program Manager, Solution Sales to join our team remotely. This role drives high-impact, cross-functional programs that align Product, Sales, Success, Strategy, and Operations around shared goals and measurable business outcomes.

You will own integrated planning and execution across multiple teams, surface risks early, and translate data into actionable insights for senior stakeholders, enabling clear decisions and successful GTM initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in Program Management, Strategy & Operations, Transformation, PMO, Consulting, or a similar role.
• Proven success in fast-paced, high-growth, or matrixed environments.
• Experience leading multi-quarter, multi-team transformation initiatives or portfolios.
• Preferred background in GTM and Product organizations, including Sales, Success, Marketing, Revenue Ops, Product, and Engineering.

• Maintain a unified source of truth across Product, Sales, Success, Strategy, and Operations.
• Manage a portfolio using collaboration tools for integrated roadmaps and cross-functional dependency tracking.
• Own program outcomes end-to-end, including success metrics and measurable results.
• Identify and surface risks early, facilitating discussions on tradeoffs and resource impacts.
• Collect, analyze, and synthesize data to produce actionable insights and performance reports.
