Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Partner Success Implementation Engineer to guide strategic partner deployments and ensure successful technical outcomes across complex environments. This remote role partners with external stakeholders and internal teams to move implementations into steady-state support with confidence.

You will lead escalations, diagnose complex integration issues, and mentor teams while traveling up to 20% (including international trips).

Qualifications

5-7 years in implementation engineering or similar technical customer-facing roles.
Strong ability to diagnose complex integrations and deployment environments.
Excellent communication to translate technical concepts to varied audiences.
Proven track record leading technical projects and influencing stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Deliver expert-level technical guidance and troubleshooting to partner customers.
Collaborate with internal engineering teams to advocate for product enhancements.
Lead escalated support engagements to drive timely resolution and performance.
Oversee complex technical implementation projects for partner customers.
Guide the transition from implementation to steady-state support for partners.
Work with Partner Success Managers to assess partner maturity and drive adoption strategies.
Create and share advanced best practices and technical playbooks across partner accounts.
