Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Solutions Engineering Manager | DX to lead a team of Solutions Engineers supporting a commercial pipeline. This remote role emphasizes pre-sales execution and strong technical customer engagement.

You will help shape scalable processes that improve efficiency across the sales cycle and act as a player-coach with customers and leadership. As a leader, you will recruit, mentor, and drive performance, standardize workflows, and ensure the team is positioned to win high-stakes

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Pre-Sales or Solutions Engineering, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record managing sales cycles within mid-market or commercial accounts.
• Experience building scalable technical sales processes for efficiency.
• Deep understanding of the SDLC and related metrics; familiarity with APIs, SQL and Git workflows.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and mentor a high-performing team of Solutions Engineers
• Act as a player-coach on high-stakes sales opportunities
• Standardize and scale pre-sales workflows to enhance efficiency
• Manage deployment of Solutions Engineers across a commercial pipeline
• Serve as the voice of the customer in leadership discussions
• Define and track key performance indicators for the Solutions Engineering team
