Ladders is seeking a Sr. Product Manager to shape strategic direction for enterprise software offerings. You will turn strategy into clear priorities for delivery teams and partner with engineering, marketing, and other product leaders to define value and roadmap outcomes.

The role emphasizes market awareness, user insight, and a disciplined approach to measuring success across the product lifecycle, with a remote-first setup in the United States.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 3-5+ years as a Product Owner or in Product Management, specifically in Enterprise SaaS.
• Deep knowledge of creating features, epics, and user stories.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate and build consensus across teams.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and globally distributed teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.

Aufgaben

• Translate product vision into prioritized features, epics, and user stories.
• Manage the backlog for sprint teams and partner with R&D and the scrum master.
• Work with marketing to develop the product value proposition and feature-benefit messaging.
• Monitor and adapt to key product success metrics such as NPS and market share growth.
• Build market and user persona expertise to inform product decisions.
• Develop and prioritize features and epics based on user requirements.
• Collaborate with other Product Managers to align with overall product strategy.
