Ladders is seeking a Sr. Manager, Sales Performance to join a leader in Technical Services. Remote role leading sales performance strategy, coaching, and tech alignment to boost funnel reliability and seller productivity.
You will partner with sales leadership to define stage expectations, develop training, and turn data into actionable improvements. The role emphasizes governance of tools, workflows, and methodologies across the commercial org.
Qualifications
- 7+ years in sales enablement, effectiveness or B2B sales with process improvement focus.
- Translate methodologies into actionable seller behaviors and coaching tools.
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting sales data and trends.
- Experience with Salesforce and commercial sales tools to support workflows.
Responsibilities
- Lead development and continuous improvement of the sales process.
- Define sales stage objectives and qualification standards with leadership.
- Translate sales methodology into practical tools and resources for sellers.
- Establish clear expectations for process application and adoption.
- Own business requirements for sales technology and align with processes.
- Analyze funnel performance and translate findings into action plans.
- Design and deliver training on sales processes and tools.
