This remote role requires 9+ years in program/project management, including 6+ years managing large-scale technology or data transformations, ideally in banking or financial services.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of program/project management experience in large-scale tech or data transformations.
• 6+ years leading multi-year technology or data transformation programs, ideally in banking or financial services.
• Proven track record in end-to-end program governance, including steering committee management and executive reporting.
• Strong experience in organizational change management and user adoption planning for large technology transformations.
• Experience with formal change control processes and impact assessments.
• Familiarity with data platform modernization programs and vendor delivery models.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program governance and execution across all workstreams.
• Establish and operate program management disciplines, including status reporting and variance analysis.
• Manage program risks and issues using RAID framework.
• Oversee program financials and contractual obligations, ensuring budget oversight and milestone tracking.
• Govern program change processes, evaluating impacts and maintaining change logs.
• Coordinate transformation readiness activities, including operational assessments and deployment planning.
• Serve as the primary interface for executive stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
