Job summary

Zillow is seeking a Principal Strategic GTM Program Manager to lead high-impact, cross-functional programs within the Revenue Strategy & Operations in a remote-capable role. You will define strategy, governance, and execution across multiple teams in a direct B2B sales context.

You will partner with Sales leaders, establish program governance, and drive data-driven decisions to deliver multi-year initiatives at scale. Strong enterprise SaaS and stakeholder management experience are essential.

Qualifications

10+ years leading complex cross-functional GTM programs.
Experience partnering with VP of Sales / CRO-level leaders.
Background in enterprise SaaS or technology with B2B sales.
End-to-end delivery for multi-stakeholder initiatives.
Experience with governance models and portfolio reporting.

Responsibilities

Own high-priority cross-functional programs end to end inside a direct B2B sales org.
Partner with Sales leaders to diagnose performance problems and drive GTM strategy.
Establish and lead program governance, risk management, and change control.
Anticipate cross-team risks and propose path-forward options.
Build executive-ready updates and data visualizations for stakeholders.
