- Comfort presenting and communicating across sales and technical teams.
- Experience handling RFPs/RFIs/RFQs and customer requirements.
Responsibilities
- Discover and analyze customer goals and map to Salesforce solutions.
- Earn the technical win via compelling demos and business-value storytelling.
- Respond to RFPs/RFIs/RFQs with targeted proposals.
- Develop technical Points of View aligned with industry knowledge.
- Design innovative Salesforce platform solutions for nonprofit clients.
- Present customized demos tied to ROI and outcomes using AI tooling.
- Maintain relationships with sales teams and account contacts.
- Provide feedback to product/engineering from customer needs.
- Participate in ongoing training and certifications.
- Travel domestically up to 20%.
