Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned Solution Engineer to act as the technical lead for Agentforce Revenue Billing across enterprise accounts. You will drive discovery, craft tailored demos and PoCs, and align ARB with the ARM platform strategy to support large-scale transitions.

Ideal candidates have extensive ARB/ARM experience, familiarity with Salesforce CPQ/Billing, Zuora, and ERP integrations, and can present to C-suite stakeholders within the TMT sector.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Solution Engineering, presales, or a technical revenue operations role in High Tech, Media, or Telecommunications.
• Deep technical focus on Agentforce Revenue Billing (ARB).
• Experience with ARM, legacy Salesforce CPQ/Billing, and migrations.
• Knowledge of ASC 606 / IFRS 15 revenue recognition principles and related ERP/subledger impacts.
• Proven ability to navigate complex enterprise sales cycles and present to executives.
• Salesforce CPQ Specialist or Revenue Cloud/Billing credentials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical specialist for ARB across TMT accounts.
• Lead discovery, build demos/PoCs, and present tailored solutions.
• Connect ARB demonstrations to the broader ARM storytelling and roadmaps.
• Advise on transition strategies from legacy CPQ/Billing to native ARM/ARB workflows.
• Mentor solution engineers on ARB/ARM best practices and collaborate with sales teams.
