Qualifications

• 5+ years in Solution Engineering or presales in High Tech, Media, or Telecom.
• Deep knowledge of ARB and ARM platforms and related Salesforce legacy tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead ARB across TMT accounts and support ARM suite.
• Design and deliver tailored demos, POCs, and presentations anchored in ARB monetization.
• Map migration pathways from legacy CPQ and Billing to modern ARM/ARB.
• Advise on monetization strategies including usage-based pricing and media rights.
• Translate ASC 606/IFRS 15 revenue rules into platform designs.
• Mentor other Solution Engineers on ARB/ARM practices and gather customer feedback for PM.
