Salesforce is seeking an experienced Solution Engineer to join our Commercial Tech, Media, and Telecommunications unit in a U.S.-based role. You will serve as the Agentforce Revenue Billing (ARB) domain authority and provide presales support across the ARM suite, focusing on billing transformation and end-to-end revenue lifecycle.

Qualifications

5+ years in Solution Engineering, presales, or technical revenue operations in High Tech, Media, or Telecom.
Deep technical focus on Agentforce Revenue Billing (ARB) and working knowledge of ARM.
Knowledge of legacy Salesforce CPQ/Billing transitions to ARM/ARB.
Understanding ASC 606 / IFRS 15 revenue recognition and ERP integrations.

Responsibilities

Lead ARB/ARM technical specialist for TMT accounts.
Deliver end-to-end demos, POCs, and presentations tied to ARB monetization.
Map migration paths from legacy CPQ/Billing to ARM/ARB architectures.
Advise on monetization strategy including subscription and usage-based pricing.
Bridge revenue recognition rules and ERP integrations into platform designs.
Mentor Solution Engineers on ARB/ARM best practices.
