Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an experienced Solution Engineer to join our Commercial Tech unit in the U.S. as a domain authority for Agentforce Revenue Billing (ARB).

You will partner with Account Executives and cross-functional teams to drive billing transformation across the ARM suite, including discovering needs, designing demos, and guiding migrations from legacy CPQ and billing tools. You will also advise on monetization strategies, revenue recognition rules, and downstream ERP integrations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Solution Engineering, presales, or technical revenue ops in High Tech, Media, or Telecom.
• Deep focus on Agentforce Revenue Billing (ARB) and working knowledge of ARM.
• Architectural mindset for transitioning legacy CPQ/Billing to ARM/ARB.
• Knowledge of ASC 606 / IFRS 15 and ERP integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead Billing & Support ARB across TMT accounts as primary technical specialist.
• Deliver end-to-end demos, POCs, and presentations anchored in ARB monetization.
• Architect migration pathways from legacy CPQ/Billing to ARB/ARM.
• Advise on monetization strategies including subscription and usage-based pricing.
• Bridge revenue recognition rules and ERP integrations into modern designs.
• Mentor Solution Engineers on ARB/ARM best practices and represent customer voice to Product.
