Job summary
Salesforce is seeking an experienced Solution Engineer for our Commercial Tech, Media, and Telecommunications unit in the U.S. This role specializes in Agentforce Revenue Billing (ARB) and works across the ARM suite, partnering with Account Executives to drive billing transformation and end-to-end revenue lifecycle.
You will design high-impact demos, map migration paths from legacy CPQ and Billing tools, and guide customers on monetization strategies.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in Solution Engineering, presales, or technical revenue ops.
- Deep ARB and ARM product knowledge, plus legacy CPQ/Billing experience.
- Ability to map legacy migrations to ARM/ARB architectures.
- Strong understanding of ASC 606 / IFRS 15 revenue recognition.
- Knowledge of metered usage, telecom ratings, media pricing.
- Proven ability to present to executives and cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead ARB/Solution Engineering across TMT accounts.
- Design end-to-end demos and POCs for ARB monetization.
- Architect migration paths from legacy CPQ/Billing to ARM/ARB.
- Advise customers on monetization strategies and pricing models.
- Bridge revenue rules to ERP integrations.
- Mentor other solution engineers and align with Product Management.
