Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an experienced Solution Engineer for the Agentforce Revenue Billing domain in the U.S. You will drive ARB/ARM presales, lead demos, and architect migrations from legacy CPQ and Billing to modern ARB solutions while collaborating with Account Executives and cross-functional teams.

You will guide monetization strategy, translate ASC 606/IFRS 15 rules into design patterns, and mentor other engineers to accelerate revenue transformations across the ARB/ARM spectrum.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Solution Engineering, presales, or a technical revenue ops role within High Tech, Media or Telecom.
• Deep technical focus on Agentforce Revenue Billing (ARB) with working knowledge of ARM, CPQ and Billing.
• Architectural mindset for transitioning legacy CPQ/Billing to native ARM/ARB workflows.
• Familiarity with ASC 606 / IFRS 15 revenue recognition and how billing events feed subledgers/ERPs.
• Solid grasp of TMT monetization patterns (metered usage, telecom ratings, media rights pricing).
• Proven ability to navigate complex enterprise sales and present to executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead Billing & Support ARB across TMT accounts and provide solution engineering support for ARM suite.
• Deliver end-to-end demos, POCs, and presentations centered on ARB monetization and ARM storytelling.
• Architect migration pathways from legacy CPQ/Billing (Salesforce CPQ, Billing; Zuora; Oracle; NetSuite) to ARB/ARM.
• Guide monetization strategy including subscription, usage-based pricing, media rights pricing.
• Bridge revenue recognition rules (ASC 606 / IFRS 15) and ERP integrations into modern platform designs.
• Mentor fellow Solution Engineers on ARB/ARM best practices and voice customer needs to Product.
