Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an experienced Solution Engineer to join our Agentforce Revenue Billing and ARM teams in the United States. In this role you’ll lead technical pre-sales across the ARB/ARM landscape, design high-impact demos, and guide customers through migration from legacy CPQ and billing tools to modern ARB or ARM architectures.

You will partner with Account Executives and cross-functional teams, mentor peers, and advise on monetization strategies, ASC 606/IFRS 15 alignment, and ERP

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Solution Engineering, presales, or technical revenue ops.
• Deep ARB/ARM and legacy CPQ/Billing knowledge.
• Understanding migration from CPQ/Billing to ARM/ARB.
• Familiarity with ASC 606 / IFRS 15.
• Experience presenting to C-suite and architects.
• Industry knowledge in TMT monetization.

Responsibilities

• Lead ARB across TMT accounts and support ARM suite.
• Design demos, POCs, and presentations anchored in ARB monetization.
• Map migration paths from legacy platforms to ARM/ARB.
• Advise on monetization strategies and pricing models.
• Bridge revenue recognition to platform designs.
• Mentor other Solution Engineers.
