Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an experienced Solution Engineer to join our Commercial Tech unit, focusing on Agentforce Revenue Billing (ARB) within the US market. You will serve as a domain authority for ARB and provide presales support across the ARM Suite, driving billing transformation and guiding migrations from legacy CPQ/Billing to modern ARB/ARM architectures.

Qualifications

5+ years in Solution Engineering or presales.
Deep ARB/ARM domain knowledge.
Experience with legacy CPQ/Billing systems.
Understanding of ASC 606 / IFRS 15.
Enterprise sales cycle experience.
Strong cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Lead ARB across TMT accounts and support ARM suite.
Deliver end-to-end demos and POCs.
Architect migration paths from legacy systems to ARB/ARM.
Advise on monetization strategies including subscription and usage-based pricing.
Bridge revenue recognition to ERP integrations.
Mentor other Solution Engineers and communicate with Product Management.
