Qualifications

B.S. in Computer Science or related field is required.
7+ years of professional experience, preferably in nonprofit or software.
Experience in fast-paced, agile environments.
Sales experience and Salesforce Admin experience preferred.
Travel domestically up to 20%.

Responsibilities

Discover and analyze customer goals, mapping them to Salesforce solution portfolio.
Earn the 'technical win' through demos and presentations.
Respond to RFPs/RFIs/RFQs.
Research and develop technical Points of View aligned with industry knowledge.
Design innovative solutions on the Salesforce platform.
Present customized, story-driven demos tied to business value.
Build and maintain relationships with the sales team and account contacts.
Feed customer requirements back to product and engineering teams.
Participate in ongoing training and certifications.
Travel domestically up to 20%.
