Qualifications

• B.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or related field.
• 7+ years of professional work experience, preferably in the nonprofit sector or software industry
• Experience working in a fast-paced, agile company environment
• Previous sales experience preferred
• Previous Salesforce Administrator experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Discover and analyze customer goals, mapping them to the Salesforce solution portfolio
• Earn the "technical win" through compelling demos and presentations
• Respond to RFPs/RFIs/RFQs
• Research and develop technical Points of View aligned with industry knowledge
• Design innovative solutions on the Salesforce platform
• Present customized, story-driven demos tied to business value
• Build and maintain relationships with the sales team and account contacts
• Feed customer requirements back to product and engineering teams
• Participate in ongoing training and certifications
• Travel domestically up to 20%
