Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Salesforce SE for Nonprofits to translate customer goals into the Salesforce solution portfolio. You will deliver technical demonstrations, respond to RFPs, and craft technical viewpoints aligned with nonprofit and industry needs.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years’ experience in tech or nonprofit software, solid communication skills, and the ability to present compelling business value. Travel up to 20% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in CS/Software/ MIS or related field.
• 7+ years of professional experience, preferably in nonprofit or software industry.
• Experience in fast-paced, agile environments.
• Previous sales experience preferred.
• Previous Salesforce Administrator experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Discover and analyze customer goals, mapping them to the Salesforce solution portfolio.
• Earn the 'technical win' through compelling demos and presentations.
• Respond to RFPs/RFIs/RFQs.
• Research and develop technical Points of View aligned with industry knowledge.
• Design innovative solutions on the Salesforce platform.
• Present customized, story-driven demos tied to business value.
• Build and maintain relationships with the sales team and account contacts.
• Feed customer requirements back to product and engineering teams.
• Participate in ongoing training and certifications.
• Travel domestically up to 20%.
