ServiceNow is seeking a Sr. Manager, Solution Consulting (SLED) to lead a team of pre‑sales Solution Consultants, driving technical solutions and supporting the sales process. You will coach, mentor, and oversee the pre‑sales function from a technical standpoint.

You will collaborate with sales and product teams to align solutions with customer needs, deliver demos, and influence deals while staying abreast of cybersecurity trends and market dynamics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience in sales engineering, technical sales, or related role in software/tech.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with ability to motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• In-depth technical knowledge of cybersecurity, products, and trends.
• Strong customer focus and ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset to analyze data, metrics, and sales trends.
• Proactive and self-driven in a fast-paced environment.
• Travel up to 40% expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of Solution Consultants with coaching and development.
• Set performance goals, monitor progress, and evaluate team members.
• Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture within the solution consultant teams.
• Collaborate with sales to understand customer needs and align technical solutions accordingly.
• Provide technical expertise and support during the sales process, including demos and proposals.
• Develop deep understanding of company products and industry trends to articulate value.
• Assist in defining sales strategies and developing sales collateral.
• Engage with key customers to understand requirements and address challenges.
• Act as trusted advisor with technical insights to drive successful outcomes.
• Conduct customer site visits, demos, and presentations to showcase products.
• Collaborate with product management for feedback on features and market demands.
• Work with marketing to develop technical content and sales tools.
• Coordinate with implementation and support teams for seamless transition.
• Stay updated on industry trends, identify process improvements, and provide regular reports.
