Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. seeks a Senior Solution Consultant to support sophisticated enterprise customer engagements. You will partner with key collaborators to deliver solutions, serving as a hands-on advisor with strong presentation and communication skills.

You will interact with client product owners, business process owners and technical resources to craft comprehensive solutions on the Salesforce Platform, addressing risks and ensuring ROI. Travel up to 25% as required.

Qualifications

Strong presentation skills; able to successfully present a point of view to a variety of collaborators.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; able to develop materials for diverse audiences.
A great listener with the ability to connect with people in diverse roles.

Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted advisor to the client and guide enterprise engagements.
Collaborate with Delivery Managers, Solution Architects, and technical teams to design technology solutions on the Salesforce Platform.
Identify risks, address issues, and ensure project artifacts keep initiatives on track.
Communicate complex concepts clearly and drive client acceptance of proposed solutions.
Travel 25% to meet with customers and partners as needed.
