Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Solution Consultant to lead delivery end-to-end for Sales Performance Management projects. You will own discovery, design, and build of scalable commission plans, enablement dashboards, and territory models across the SPM suite, including Spiff and Enterprise Territory Management.

You will mentor junior consultants, manage multiple workstreams, and collaborate with architects and product teams to ensure on-time delivery within scope.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in implementing, configuring, or consulting on Sales Performance Management or related sales tech.
• SaaS implementation experience in customer-facing roles.
• Strong analytical thinker with logic and Excel modeling skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery to understand scope, breadth, and complexity of customer requirements across territory management, planning, and enablement.
• Design and build scalable SPM solutions across the portfolio with ownership of commission plans and statements.
• Configure incentive compensation in Spiff with real-time statements and accurate earnings visibility.
• Build capacity, quota, and territory plans in Sales Planning and model territory assignments in ESTM.
• Partner with Solution Architects and, when needed, support pre-sales activities and POC work.
