Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Solution Consultant to support enterprise engagements, acting as a product and platform guide for the company’s largest customers. You will collaborate with Delivery Managers, Solution Architects, and clients to design solutions that deliver ROI and scale with client needs.

You will lead discussions, present views clearly, and manage risks while helping advance critical internal initiatives and community knowledge. Travel is required based on customer needs.

Qualifications

• Strong presentation skills and ability to clearly articulate the rationale to a variety of collaborators.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; capable of audience-appropriate materials.
• Great listener with ability to connect with people in diverse roles.
• Experience analyzing and optimizing business processes via technology.
• Willingness to travel ~25%.
• Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Engineering or related field; validated equivalent experience accepted.
• Salesforce certifications and consulting experience are recommended.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to the client and guide cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate on critical initiatives to grow the consulting practice and share knowledge.
• Guide customers in deploying new technologies that deliver business value.
• Communicate complex concepts clearly and craft prescriptive solutions for clients.
• Identify and address risks, and drive issues to resolution.
• Review artifacts to keep projects on track and scalable.
• Design technology solutions with Delivery Managers, Solution Architects, and clients.
• Contribute to program vision, case creation, and lifecycle monitoring of enabling technologies including Salesforce Platform.
